The tour introduces you to the fast growing modern and cosmopolitan city of Nairobi with various optional activities to choose from which grew up as a simple British railway depot and a swampy area to the semi-arid regions of the southern savanna’s.
The tour enables you to contemplate with the country’s infrastructural advancement from the ancient British railway to the modern standard gauge railway. This enables you to understand the country’s progress historically, politically and economically.
The climax of this tour opens you to the beautiful sunrises and sunsets with incredible landscape of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro that measures 5895 Meters with great herds of Elephants, Giraffe’s, Zebra’s, Lions, Antelopes, Wildebeest in the swampy zones of the park and the dusty savanna’s with the palms. Also one can take photos of migratory Flamingos, Pelicans, Jacana’s, Maasai ostrich among other birds.
The optional activity for this tour is visiting the Maasai village for their Maasai dances and to understand their ancestral cultural heritage of pastoralism.

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta international Airport, our representative will be available for a warm welcoming and to assist with luggage. He will also introduce his colleague if accompanied at the airport. After ensuring that all your luggage has arrived and in order; later you will be transferred to your hotel for bed and breakfast.
Nairobi is a vibrant and rapid growing city both a cosmopolitan and an industrial city has more to offer to any traveller who not only is looking for adventure but also to learn of the country’s history politically, economically and socially. Nairobi has a rich history since its coming to being as railway depot in 1889 and a swampy marshy area that served as conducive watering area for the MAASAI livestock to the countries capital city with headquarters of UNEP, various embassies and international companies.
Optional activities within Nairobi can be realized depending on the ARRIVAL at the JKIA and the distance to the next destination. However, for those who arrive during the day from 0800hrs can realize most of the activities before departing for the SAFARI.
After breakfast depart for Amboseli National Park. The Park is located in the southern savannahs and
covers a surface area of 392km2.Amboseli national Park remains to be one of the most famous and
attractive national parks in the country after Masai Mara national reserve and for hosting great
herds of elephants, below the majestic and beautiful snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. Even though
the surrounding community, the Maasai and the Taita had seen this great mountain 1848 a Germany
missionary by the name Johannes Rebman was the first white foreigner to lay eyes on the mountain.
Mount Kilimanjaro is a free standing mountain and the tallest in Africa that measures
5895meters.The scenic snow-capped mountain although being in Tanzania can best be viewed from
Amboseli National Park. It’s evident that most incredible photos of wild animals like African
elephant, maasai giraffe, common zebras, buffalos have been taken early in the morning against
sunrise and against sunset as they calmly graze. The great mount Kilimanjaro is very significant in the
sense that as the snow melts out into permanent swamps not only supports the survival of the
herbivorous and the carnivorous but also life hood of the immediate communities in Kenya and in
Tanzania in horticulture farming.
The scenery and landscape towards Amboseli is that of fairly arid and hilly as Chuylu hills can be seen
at a distance as you diverge towards the park. The ancient Kenya Uganda Railway built by the British

After picnic lunch you will ascend the Kilimanjaro view point so as to have a perfect view of the park with swamps with numerous birds like pelicans, hemmer korp, egrets, African Jacana and even migratory flamingos with a back ground of mt Kilimanjaro. Other animals that can be seen are Thomsons gazelle, Impalas,water buck,jackals among others.
The Maasai are one of the Kenya’s tribe that continues conserving their culture which they proudly demonstrate through their meals, dance, clothing and pastoralism. A visit to the Maasai village will enhance your understanding towards this community. Entrance fee is charged in support of the family as they embrace the need for their children to pursue education and up keep which is paid directly at the entrance.
